If you prefer we could repair your PC without even coming to your property.

We offer a remote control repair service which is mainly used as an out of hours repair service. This means that we do not always have to visit your property to carry out the repair service.
This is particularly useful if you work long hours or do not want to wait in for one of our engineers to visit your property.
This service is not always suitable for all PC repairs, for this to work your computer must be able to turn on and access the internet.

This service is completely safe, we carry out enhanced security checks on all of our engineers.

This service costs just £50 per hour paid by credit card at the start of the call. If we cannot fix it remotely then we will attend your property and not charge you our usual call-out fee. You will however still be charged an hourly rate for the time spent repairing your computer.
